ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Genelles! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a store credit.
- Merchandise may only be returned or exchanged within 14 DAYS of when your order shipped from our store.
- Merchandise must not appear worn, washed, have stains, have been altered from their original state, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant, or have any animal hair.
- Any damages made by the customer will not be considered for return.
- Genelles is not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Items considered for return must have the original tag and/or original packaging.
- Genelles must be notified within 3 days of receiving your package of any suspected manufacturing defects to be considered for return.
- All Sales are FINAL on items that are discounted through promotion or considered clearance.
- All Sales are FINAL on all Genelles Boutique Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Bralettes, Sunglasses, Footwear, and any Personalized items.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned items. Original shipping fees are Non-Refundable. For proof of delivery, please note the tracking number of your return package if applicable.
